As part of B Corp month, the Bristol & Bath B Local will be hosting PurposeFest at Bristol Beacon, Bristol
If you are already a B Corp, on your B Corp journey or simply using your business as a force for good, then PurposeFest is a great place to learn, share and network together.
It is for communicators, founders, teams, agencies, change-makers, decision-makers and those who are curious. Those who want to make a difference but are not sure how. Those who want to hang out with inspirational people already leading the way. Those who need to re-charge, re-imagine, re-connect for the future ahead. Those who love a good conversation between the conversations. Somewhere to get yourself out of your day to day mindset and provoke some debate about the difference you can make.
The day will also leave space to network with many people who feel the same and want to be agents of change. As a community, we are working to shape our future for the better.

The Power of Connection: How to Turn Purpose into Progress

In a world of accelerating change and rising pressure on purpose-led organisations, connection is not a “nice to have” but a strategic asset.
This session explores how purpose-driven leaders can intentionally use connection as leverage: to stay grounded in purpose, to unlock the full potential of their people, and to accelerate impact beyond the boundaries of their own organisation.
Drawing on current research on motivation, team effectiveness, and how change spreads through networks, we’ll examine why deeply connected communities are the engines of transformation - and why B Corps are uniquely positioned to create tipping points for good.
Through short evidence-based insights, personal reflection using practical tools, and structured sense-making conversations, participants will identify where to focus their energy to amplify impact for their business.
